Payment Options
We can accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Delta, JCB and Solo.
We use the NOCHEX secure server to ensure maximum security.
How to access Help Sheets
When you have registered your new account is 'credited' with 5 free tutorial downloads. To access a tutorial simply locate one and click 'open' on the tutorials page. You will then be displayed a page with a tutorial link on it, which you can open in pdf format directly, and save / print from there, or instructions are provided showing you how to download them directly to your hard disk.
If you would like to access more than 5 tutorials then you are shown a payment page where you can 'purchase' 20 tutorial credits for £5.
We now provide access to purchased tutorials for 7 days from the time of purchase. To re-access a tutorial during the 7 day download period simply locate the tutorial page and follow the instructions. After the 7 day period has expired you must re-purchase the tutorial to regain access to it.
Refunds
Refunds will be given at the sole discretion of the Darren Atkinson. If you feel that you require / deserve a refund please use the contact form to inform us.
Help Sheet format
Currently help sheets are only available in the pdf format. We may decide to offer help sheets in other formats in the future.
To access pdf files you need a pdf viewer installed on your computer. A popular free pdf viewer is available from:

All credit / debit card payments are handled by our secure third party merchant gateway, NOCHEX. At Helpsheets.co.uk we never have access to any part of your credit / debit card details. The NOCHEX merchant gateway is fully secure using industry standard security methods, and they are fully responsible for your credit . debit card security at ALL points during the Helpsheets.co.uk experience.
